There may be a few reasons why this happens.
One possible reason for this is that there is a communication error between the charger and your vehicle. If you are able to unplug the charger from your vehicle, it is safe to drive off.
Another reason could be that the charger is not able to update the system that charging has stopped.
Please be assured that once the vehicle stops charging, there would not be any charges to your credit/debit card.
Please try the following steps:
- Force quit the app and relaunch. This will make the app check with the system on the charging status again.
